Design development drawings for a new apartment building in the center of Harlem, facing Marcus Garvey Park. The use of stepping brick structural piers, give a strength and three-dimensionality to the facade, while the use of large glass areas give full views to the Park greenery, and the translucent glass brick balconies give a visual lightness to the facade.
